Who We Are
Clean Floor Lab is an independent buying-guide site for robot vacuums and other floor-cleaning products, written for U.S. shoppers. We compare manufacturer specifications and retailer listing details so you can see the trade-offs before you buy.
We do not test products hands-on. Our pages are desk research. They do not contain our own runtime, suction, noise or battery measurements, and they should not be read as lab results or as reports of long-term ownership.
How We Review Products
Every product we cover goes through the same process:
- Specification analysis - We read manufacturer specifications and documentation and compare them across competing products, focusing on the features that affect daily use.
- Listing check - We look at retailer listing details at the time of writing. Prices and availability change, so pages do not show live prices, and some models we mention may since have been discontinued or sold out.
- Comparison context - Pages place a product against direct competitors so you can see the trade-offs.
- Plain limits - Where a claim comes from a manufacturer rather than from independent testing, we try to say so. Some pages carry an availability or price notice where we have checked a manufacturer’s store.
Editorial Independence
We are not paid by any brand to feature products or change our conclusions. Recommendations are based on research, product context, and reader usefulness. Promotional offers and sponsored modules are not part of the About page.
